In this section we highlight some of the repositories of open source code for camera physiological sensing. Unlike other domains in machine learning there are relatively few complete repositories containing implementations of baseline methods. The research community would do well to address this.

iPhys Toolbox	MATLAB	MATLAB implementations of the Green, ICA, CHROM, POS unsuperised signal processing methods. Provides some plotting capabilities and evaluation metrics: MAE, SNR.
PPGI Toolbox	MATLAB	MATLAB implementations of Green, SSR, POS, Local Group Invariance (LGI), Diffusion Process (DP) and Riemannian-PPGI (SPH). Provides plotting capabilities for Bland-Altman plots and evaluation metrics: Correlation, RMSE/MSE and SNR.
Bob.rrpg.base	Python	Python implementations of CHROM, SSR and Li et al. (2014).
